"And you have mine," Blackheart purred, licking his mate's ear affectionately.
"You have my respect Shadowstar. And you are lucky to have such brave and loyal warriors at your side," Star meowed, bowing his head respectfully.

"they shouldn't be.." shadow turned her head away. "He want me to kill family. Don't you all understand you are not safe aound me! All of you go back to your camp I go to blood tree and face my father alone. Star snarled and said, "No. We're all in this together, for better or for worse. This doesn't just concern EagleClan, it concerns all the Clans, and the Tribe as well. We all need to work together."
Blackheart nodded mutely, he had vowed to himself that he would protect his mate and kits at all costs.

"Dont you understand this is what he wants. He wants to kill us in blood tree so that he can take a body where no one will expect. That is why he wants me to kill my kits. That is why he wants you to go to blood tree. For all you know is i could be like this now but i can feel it he will come for my body soon just so he will call you all soon he will take my body and kill all of you. He wants the whole forest." Shadow told them.
Leaf was wondering the forest when she heard cats arguing over a trip. She walked over to them and listen to them for a little bit long, but she did not notice the wind change direction and her scent was carried to where they were.

Star twitched his ear as he discovered a somewhat familiar scent.
"Come out, Leaf." he meowed, hoping that maybe an outside perspective would change Shadowstar's mind.

"Hey star!" Leaf said. "What is all this about?" She asked. "I heard something about blood tree. Whats going on?" She asked again.
Shadow turned when star pointed out another cat was here. "Who is this star i have never seen this cat on my land before and she has my eyes." She said looking into her eyes.

"This is Leaf. I met her on one of my frequent forays to this place, we're really good friends. And, Leaf, its a long story," Star meowed tail twitching.
Wolffang bounded up to Leaf and meowed, "Hi, Leaf! Remember me? I was just an apprentice last time we met, now I'm a warrior! And so are my siblings!"

"Oh my starclan you have gotten so big!" Leaf said circling Wolffang to get a good look at her. "I bet you were taught by the best warrior." Leaf told Wolffang.
Shadow watched Leaf closely, she looked at her eyes mostly when she could catch a peek. They looked like her's. "Um Star, i still think i should face Blood alone concerding he was my father. He might go easier, but he may not and i heard that once he got in the dark forest no one can bet him but a few cats. "Shadow said acting as if Leaf wasn't there.

"Don't be silly, Shadowstar. You haven't the faintest hope of beating him on your own," Star growled.
Wolffang nodded and meowed, "Star mentored me. And my warrior name is Wolffang, Nightpaw became Nightwing, and Skypaw became-"
"-Skystorm. Its great to see you, Leaf," Skystorm meowed, padding up to Leaf.
Star looked over at them for a fraction of a second and felt a pang of sorrow as he looked at Skystorm. He looks so much like his mother, he thought.

"How would you know Star. Have you grown up scared what other cats would think of you if they knew the real truth." Shadow snapped. "You know nothing of what is to come star no cat does."
"Oh my, You know star use to fight me all the time in the past for fun to see who would win. I think to this day it was a tie." Leaf told wolffang and skystorm. Leaf looked at Skystorm. "You look so much like your mother. You know she use to be my best friend." She told them. "When ever she would meet me out here all she ever talked about was how you kits would become big and strong a be loyal to your clan. I hope you kits a filling that hope f your mothers." She told them. She walked over to Sky and nuzzled him. "It will be alright." Leaf backed up, and she turned to Shadow. "You said your father is Blood right?" She asked hoping anyone would answer. and that it would have been a lie.

"I'm not scared of what other cats might think, the only thing that I might possibly be afraid of is what Blood might do to the Clans," Star snarled.
Blackheart stepped forward and meowed, "Shadowstar, Star is one of the most powerful fighters in the Clans, I think we would be lucky to have him on our side when we go to face Blood."
"You know, if you had shown up earlier, Leaf, you might know," Nightwing meowed irritably.
Skystorm looked at his sister reproachfully before looking back at Leaf and meowing, "You have to forgive her, she was trained by Blackheart after all and so has picked up some of his traits. Yes, Blood is Shadowstar's father."

Leaf could not believe what she was hearing. "I mean no disrespec to you Blackheart but you Nightwing you need to learn your place. "Leaf told Night. "and just so you know star you maybe he best fighter in the clans, bu whEn it comes to blood only family can harm him the best. So star I will go with shadowstar."
Shadow looks at Leaf and finally understood why she looked so much like her she was her sister.

Star lashed his tail angrily and replied, "No, I won't let you go alone."
"Neither will I," Blackheart meowed, standing next to his brother.
Star looked over at his brother and his eyes widened in surprise. Just beyond Blackheart was a light grey she-cat with stars in her pelt and bright emerald green eyes.
"Sootpelt," Star whispered in amazement, padding slowly towards the she-cat.

"Did niether of you just listen to me? She is not going alone. I'm going with her." Leaf told them. Leaf looked at shadow and smirked at the amazement on her face. "Yes shadowstar I am you sister." Leaf said with a purr of amusement in her voice.

Sootpelt padded forward, brushing against Star's pelt as she passed him. She came to a halt before Leaf and Shadowstar and meowed, "You must take them with you, you'll need all the help you can get. Not only must you face Blood, but you must also face his evil army as well. For that, you'll need everyone's help. Don't let your pride get the better of your judgement, you two. Besides, Shadowstar, Blackheart is your mate, making him and, by extension, Star and our kits, part of Blood's family so it would be just as easy for them to harm Blood as you."
Star looked at his former mate in awe and with some amusement. She was intelligent and persuasive, two traits that made it easy for her to convince cats to do what she wanted.
Eagletalon padded forward, snarling, and meowed, "What gives you the right to tell my leader what she 'must' do? True, I would follow her to the ends of the earth, but I respect her decision and will follow it without question, despite how much I dislike it. And for a former rogue like you to come in and tell her what to do is just unacceptable!"
Star's eyes flashed with anger, and he drew himself up to his full height, towering above the other cats. Stormclaw twitched his ear uneasily, in all his years, he had never seen Star this angry nor, he was sure, had any of the others. Star growled deeply and angrily, he wanted to claw Eagletalon's pelt off for insulting his former mate. Eagletalon looked around at everyone else, looking for support that would not come, before looking at his leader pleadingly.

"Eagletalon that is enough!" Shadowstar Growled toward her. "No one questions your loytal towards me. Thank you for your concern sootpelt but this does not concern you. It does not concern anyone but me." Shadow said and walked away. "Im sorry Blackheart. Please take care of the kits." Shadwo siad and took off towards Blood Rock.

"No!" Star shouted, pelting off after her with the others following close behind.
He soon caught up with her and said, "Shadowstar, when are you going to understand that this does not only concern you, it concerns everyone?! We need to stick together, besides, how do you think you're going to be able to deal with Blood's army of evil cats and then Blood himself all on your own? At least let us help you with the army, you can handle Blood."

"Doesn't being a leader involve defending your Clanmates, even at the cost of your life? Thats what StarClan gave us nine lives for! Besides, we're more than prepared to risk our lives for the sake of the Clans," Star replied simply.
The warriors nodded in assent, this is what they had been trained for.

"But do you really want to waste your lifes for a trader? One like me?" She asked. As she did Leaf walked in. "I may not be a warrior but i know that every cat has something to die for and if they think this is it then why stop them?" Leaf asked. Shadow looked away. "Because it wont matter if you have 1 live or 9, Blood can take them all. He will stop at nothing." Show snapped forward.. "So if anyone dies it is going to be me. I am going to challange Blood to a one on one combat and if i lose it is because he cheated." Shadow told them.
