Star rolled over as Shadowstar attacked him then threw her off him. He flipped over onto his feet and growled angrily before starting to circle Shadowstar.

"You collapsed,Leaf. Stay down, you must conserve your strength. Tell me what happened," Sun whispered in her ear.

[Shadowstar]

Shadow turned and Star was circling her. Her eyes never left off of Star she was waiting for his next move.
Leaf looked at Sun. "Something is wrong,something is very wrong." She told them and tried to get up again. She was able to stand for a little bit longer and then feel again. "Help her starclan!" Leaf whispered.

Blackheart stood motionless, he did not know which side to choose: his mate, or his brother? Noblelion, however, growled and padded toward them. Eagletalon stood in front of him, this was was between Star and his leader, no one else could get in the way.

"How could you do this, Shadowstar? How could you betray your mate, your kits, and your Clan?" Star growled.

Sun looked toward Blood Tree, then looked at Icefang and said, "can't you help them? You are a Clan cat, after all."

Icefang looked away and replied, "I cannot help them."

[Shadowstar]

"I didnt it because Blood swore they were safe!" She hissed at star. "Unlike you..." Shadow continued. "and my kits are what gave me the idea to join my father.... Blood is always stronger than you and always will be."
Leaf looked at Sun, and then Icefang. "Why can't you go in... My sister needs help!" She said desperately. "Please..." Leafs eyes got big...

Icefang looked at Leaf sadly then said, "I wish I could help you, but I can't. I was born and raised a kittypet, not a Clan cat. I only joined a few moons ago."

Noblelion snorted and said, "You never heard the prophecy, did you, Shadowstar? For if you did, you would know that it means that Star is destined to kill Blood."

Star rose to his full height and growled angrily, "You are a fool, Shadowstar. Blood will betray you just as he has everyone else."

"No I was a fool to stay on your side for so long. And blood will not die he will rise again. " shadow said and as star was stand tall she went on for his throat.
"Your more of a clan cat than I am. " leaf said and looked away.

As Shadowstar leaped at him, Star crouched down as low as he could and as he felt Shadowstar's front paws brush his fur, he reared up on his hind legs and pinned her down.

"It didn't have to be this way, Shadowstar." Star growled

"There is no other way it could have been, Star," Blood growled coldly from the shadows.

"That's not true, Leaf. You were born a Clan cat, and will always be one in your heart," Sun meowed.

"uff" shadow said when star pinned her. "you wouldn't kill your brothers mate. Who only did what she did for safety of her family. " shadow said.
Leaf looked at sun. " no I am not. Me and shadow are half sister I was born a rouge. My sister was lucky enough to be born in the clans. " leaf told them

"If you cared anything for the safety of your family, Shadowstar, you wouldn't have joined Blood," Star snarled, not taking his eyes off of her.

"So, you're the great Star? I must say, you're a bit of a disappointment," Blood growled.

Sun looked at her and said, "Regardless, you still have the blood of a Clan cat, nothing can change that.....even if it is EagleClan blood."

[Shadowstar]

"joining him was better than dying. Tell your father right now if you had to choose between the death of you and your family or the promise of safety, which would you choose star?" shadow said as she started to not be able to breathe. She started to panic but she could not shake star off.
Leaf looked at Sun " YOU DON'T GET IT! THE ONLY RELATION I HAVE TO SHADOW IS BLOOD BEING OUR FATHER. AND BLOOD WAS NEVER TRUTHFULLY IN A CLAN!" leaf yelled at sun.

"I would fight for my family! I wouldn't just give up! You're foolish, Shadowstar, StarClan gave you nine lives so that YOU could sacrifice YOURSELF for the sake of YOUR Clan. YOU are supposed to put the good of YOUR Clan before yourself or even your family. After all, YOUR CLAN IS YOUR FAMILY," Star growled angrily, only glancing over at Blood momentarily to glare at him.

For the first time in his life, Blood was surprised. He had never met a cat who was bold enough to glare at him straight in the eyes. It made him...uneasy and unsure of himself. He looked up at the moon-which was red- and once again, the words of the prophecy rang in his ears. His confidence in himself was waning. He was not sure if he could really defeat Star. He snarled and shook himself, how was it possible that this cat could have this effect on him from one look?

"Ah, but Blood started the Clans. True, they were never called 'Clans' at the time, but they were the foundation for the Clans," Sun meowed, keeping his voice calm and neutral.

[Shadowstar]

Shadow laughed. "Your the fool Star. You couldnt kill me your not a murder. I did it for safety of my family im and innocent cat. I never spilled unneeded blood. Are you going to spill mine star?" Shadow asked him and just continued to laugh. She felt that Blood was getting uneasy from stars glare and so she felt like being mousedung and dare star to spill her blood.
Leaf looked at sun. How do you know so much about Blood?" Leaf asked him narrowing her eyes at him.

[Star (Noblelion)]

"Shadowstar, you are not my enemy. Therefore, I will not kill you; for the sake of my brother, I will spare your life," Star growled.

"Go ahead and kill her, little Star. She is of no use to me any longer, she has failed me," Blood growled coldly, trying to mask his uneasiness.

Star rounded on him at once, eyes blazing furiously, however his voice was perfectly calm as he said, "Is she really that disposable to you, Blood? You and I both know that the only reason you let her and her kits live this long is because you wanted her to kill me so you didn't have to, you coward. You do know what tonight is, don't you? 'On the night of the blood-red moon, Blood shall be spilled, but will be forgotten in the howl of the night.'"

Blood snarled as Star spoke the last lines of the prophecy, unwilling to admit that he could be bested by someone so young.

Sun shifted slightly and replied, "The Tribe of Endless Hunting told me about him."

[Shadowstar]

"Father you promised me life not death!" Shadow meowed to him. Shadow got up and stood there amazed that her fater told star to kill her. 'lets let star keep Blood busy. Star is not the one who will die or kill Blood tonight.' she thought to herself. She circled around the other way of Blood.
Leaf looked at Sun and narrowed her eyes "Are you lying to me Sun?" She asked him.

"Promises are worthless, child," Blood growled.

Star twitched his ear wanting to get this over with as soon as possible.

Sun looked at Leaf straight in the eyes and meowed, "I would never lie to you, Leaf."

Shadow jump towards him. She was aiming to land on his back.
Leaf looked at Sun. "Then why did you shift before answering me?" She asked him.

Star growled before stepping closer to Blood. He looked over at Shadowstar for a second before shaking his head slightly; he didn't want interference in this fight.

Sun looked away guiltily for a second before replying, "Because, after they took my sister from me, I turned my back on them and refused to listen to them ever again. Then, they showed me something that forced me to listen to them."

Shadow looked at him with pleading eyes. If he died by anyones claw it should be hers. He betrayed her, she desevered to kill him more than anyone and she knows she was mousebrian to believe him to begin with.

Leaf looked at Sun with sorrow eyes. "Im sorry sun." She said and put her muzzle against his. "But i dont think nightwing can take another wound." Leaf said looking at Nightwing, she could tell the she cat was in pain.

Star paced around Blood, looking for the best place to strike. Blood watched him, never moving from where he was sitting. He sneered slightly, and allowed some of his power to show. Star stepped back a pace, barely able to breath. He felt as though darkness was trying to enter him. Trying to get to his very soul.

Sun closed his eyes and sighed before looking over at Icefang, his eyes calm and steady, and meowing, "Go get juniper berries to help keep her strength up. Also, get her some food and fresh water while you're at it."

Icefang nodded before dashing off, ignoring the glares of Blazefire and his gang.

Shadow felt the evil power but stood her ground waiting for the moment that star and blood both left themselves open for attack and death blow. She mainly watched her father, when and if she killed star he would be the first she killed, then she will kill blood, he lied to her, he treated her like a mouse, like food. He was going to pay.

Leaf watched Icefang go and get the materials. "Sun, i dont think i can stop her. I understand why she did it. She knew he was going to rise again and she wanted to be sure that me, Blackheart, her kit, all of the ones she care about would be safe. Im sorry but if she killed Star i cant kill her, i cant lay a claw on her." She looked away from Sun scared at what he thought of her now. "She may be my half sister but she is still my sister no matter what and i stay loyal to family most." She said and went over to Nightwing. "How are you holding up?" She asked with a caring voice.
