Did you know every time a leader loses a life that piece of her is in starclan. Just wondering around doing nothing, saying nothing. My mot..." she began. " The cat who I was told was my mother would tell me so many storied. " she said her eyes sparkling with memories.
Teapaw turned around and stuck out her tongue out at Blackpaw. " Your just trying to scare me. It won't work!" she meowed at him.

"Are you sure? What about the time you wet your nest when I told you a wolf was waiting outside camp for you?" Blackpaw teased.
"Blackpaw, leave Teapaw alone," Mousepaw meowed.
"Personally, I don't believe in fairy tales about dead cats visiting you in your dreams. I do however know that there is a dark and dangerous force lurking in the shadows somewhere, and that we all must be ready to face it," Seto growled.

Teapaw looked down and then pounced onto Blackpaw. "that want very nice. " she growled at him.
Shadow looked at Seto in surprise. "you dare growl at a leader?" she asked him. "there are cats who would love to throw you out of this camp, but I let you stay. I think it would be best if you leave. " she told him and she got up.

Blackpaw tossed Teapaw off before preparing to pounce on her. Suddenly, Blackheart's tail barred his way and he looked down at his kits sternly before saying, "Stop acting like kits. You three are going to be warriors soon. This far, the only who looks like they're ready to become a warrior is Mousepaw."
Mousepaw looked down at his gray paws as Blackpaw stood staring open-mouthed at their father.
Seto nodded and said, "I meant no disrespect. I only came to warn you that we must prepare for war. I would make a better ally than an enemy, Shadowstar."

"I don't care who started it, I'm finishing it. You two need to stop acting like kits and begin acting like the warriors you were born to be. These are dangerous times, there's no time to play," Blackheart growled.
Seto pricked his ears somewhat amused and walking away said, "As you wish, Shadowstar. I think you might want to see to your mate though, keep his temper in check."

Shadow turned to Seto. "Don't tell me how to run my family. I don't tell you how to run yours. " she growled at him. Shadow turn back around and went back into her den. " oh sootpelt, why does this have to be so difficult. I don't want my clan to fall apart. " she said looking at the top of her den like she could see the stars. She laid down and put her head on top of her paws.
Teapaw looked down at her paws. " I am sorry father " she said with a squeaky voice. She began to walk forward again. She didn't know what else to say Blackpaw always picked on her cause she was smaller than he was. "I'm gonna be a better warrior then Blackpaw will ever be. " she muttered to her paws.

"Life can't always be easy, if it were, it would get boring after awhile," Bravewolf meowed, padding slowly into the den.
Blackheart sighed and licked the top of Teapaw's head before saying, "It's quite all right. Now, why don't you three go hunting. Impress me enough with your catches, and you might become warriors."
Mousepaw nudged Teapaw and meowed, "Wanna work together?"
"I'll catch more than both of you put together!" Blackpaw boasted.

Shadow looked up. "I'm not asking for life to be easy, just a little easier to understand. " she told him. " Am I doing the right thing here? Making my clan choose?" she asked him. She couldn't take a trip to go see them for that would tell her clan that she still believes.
Teapaw looked at mousepaw. " Sure." she said. Then Blackpaw boasted. She looked at her father. 'Act like a warrior' she reminded herself.

"The job of a leader is to protect their Clan at all costs. If you think this will protect them, then by all means do it. No matter what your decision may be, Sootpelt and I will always be at your side," Bravewolf meowed in his deep voice.
"Hmm, let's try a rabbit," Mousepaw said, ignoring his brother.
"I'm gonna catch a falcon!" Blackpaw meowed.
Blackheart sighed and said, "Be careful, you three. Remember: try not to cross into Tribe territory."

Teapaw nodded to mousepaw and then looked at her father. "We won't!" she told him and be can to pad off. She wasn't gonna pay attentions to Blackpaw. He can act like a kit, alone. She thought.

"That, I cannot tell you, my child. You must make the decision and see for yourself. If nothing else, seek counsel from your warriors and other leaders," Bravewolf advised.
Mousepaw dashed off, Teapaw following behind swiftly. They soon came across a rabbit, munching on some sparse grass. Mousepaw looked around and found its hole, then signaled for Teapaw to stand in front of it so they could corner the rabbit.

Shadow nodded. "Ok. " she said and walked out of her den and waited for everyone to come back.
Teapaw nodded to mousepaw when she pointed out the rabbit hole. She stalked over to it and stood infront of it.

Mousepaw twitched his tail before stalking forward slowly. He paused for a moment before jumping out and scaring, sending it toward Teapaw who easily caught and killed it.
"Great catch-," Mousepaw began, he was then cut off by a scream for help from Blackpaw.
"We have to tell Blackheart," Mousepaw meowed.
"I already heard. It sounded like it was coming from the Tribe border. Mousepaw, you come with me. Teapaw, since you're the fastest, I need you to tell your mother what happened then both of you meet us at the border," Blackheart ordered, dashing off with Mousepaw close behind.

Teapaw nodded and took back off torwards camp. She busted threw the entrance and ran over to her mother. "Mother Mother come quick, blackheart thinks something is happening in the tribes territory. Him and mousepaw went to go check it out!" She told her all in one breath.
Shadow was padding out of her den as Teapaw came and busted into camp and told her what was going on. She started to take off after teapaw as she went to go lead her to them. When they finally reached Blackheart and mousepaw she looked at them and them asked. "Whats going on?"

Blackheart looked at his mate, his eyes blazing angrily as he replied, "Blackpaw wandered into Tribe territory and they've taken him."
"He'll be alright, won't he, father?" Mousepaw meowed worriedly.
Blackheart looked over the border and meowed, "He won't be when I get through with him, come on."
Blackheart dashed off, hoping the others weren't far behind.

Shadow growled in annoyance. "He may not live when I get threw with him. He knows better. " she said as she took off after black heart.

Blackheart ground to a halt as he scented Tribe cats and signaled for the others to stop as well. He nodded to Mousepaw, signaling him to go spy on them since his pelt blended in best with the mountain. Mousepaw crept forward slowly, and eventually spotted Blackpaw, who was surrounded by about six cave-guards. He crawled back to his family.
"There's about six cave-guards surrounding Blackpaw. Do you think we should try reasoning with them before we attack?" Mousepaw meowed.
Blackheart looked at his mate, curious about her answer.

shadow and teapaw stopped when blackheart told them too. When mousepaw came back with the info she nodded to that plan and padded slowly over to them. She walked over to the group."Please stop," she began. "He is only an apprentice, and my son. He meant no harm. " she told them

"He trespassed on our land and stole our prey," snarled a brown tom.
"I did not! I pounced on the falcon in our land and we landed in your territory!" Blackpaw growled.
"SILENCE!" the brown tom snarled, swiping at him.
"What's going on here? Why are there EagleClan cats in our territory?" Sun meowed, bounding down from a rock ledge towards them.
